Can you adapt to my style of editing?
Of course. We will carefully review the samples of your previous work in order for our editor to adapt to your style. For our experienced editors, it’s no problem to replicate your manner.
What platform do you edit with?
We mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
How can I upload the footage to you?
We get the raw footage from you using Google Drive or any similar service. We provide you a Google Drive account so you can upload footage and download your new films easily.
What video formats do you accept?
We work with all common formats from various devices.
How long does it take to get the first cut?
The standard turnaround time is 7-10 days. We also have a special option which lets us deliver your project just in 48 hours.
Can you do revisions?
Yes, after the first editing you can review and make your corrections. Based on this, we will implement all necessary changes. We can do up to 2 rounds of revisions for free.
What if I need more than 2 rounds?
If the additional round is caused by technical error – we will correct it for free. If these are any additional amendments to the content, there is an additional cost.
How long do revisions take?
It usually takes 48 to 72 hours, depending on the amount of corrections.
Is there a minimum charge per order?
No. You can send us as little as you want. We work even with the smallest orders.
How do you decide on Music?
If you have any preferences of music please just inform us. Or we will use music that we think suits best for the edit.
Do you provide music licensing?
Yes, we use some music licensing platforms, where you can choose something yourself or we can supply the music for your video ourselves along with the licensing info so that you don’t have any copyright issues.
My footage is not professional, can you work with it?
Yes, we work even with low quality footage. So you don’t need to be a professional to work with us.
Do you offer volume discounts?
If you have a large number of projects, we are ready to provide an individual price.
When is payment due?
Downpayment is required for the first project. After the first project, payment is due when you approve the project, and before we release the master files. Pre-payment entitles you to a 3% discount.
